Could one get away with carrying around the Pocket or Gemini and no other phone? I would be interested to try a real Linux phone (I was interested in the Ubunut phones but they were never sold in the US). The Pocket seems too big to hold as a phone, and I worry about the effect on battery life of running applications developed for the desktop. I also don’t know if there are acceptable versions of apps like a dialer or a GPS navigation app for Linux.
Where can I find show-notes?
How did you find your way to post this comment? It appears for me immediately under the show notes.
Maybe La1kas meant that normal shows have more detailed show notes than this live show did. The Late Night Linux post of this recording has a few more links from the topics discussed if that helps: https://latenightlinux.com/late-night-linux-episode-18/
