On uses for KDE Connect:
Notifications are not just one way. You also get your Desktop notifications on your phone. In fact you can also share notifications between Desktops.
You can send files from either device or access your phone’s storage from the desktop.
There’s a Find My Phone option on the desktop, makes the phone ring instantly (and loudly!)
Phone battery status.
Clipboard can be synced between phone and desktop.
Run command: Set up commands on the desktop that can then be triggered from your phone.
