Is the ScreenRuler program for Ubuntu only?
I’ve never taken to Cinnamon, DDE, nor Unity.
Sometimes I just want to say something out loud. If someone who cares hears it, well that is just icing. Sometimes I feel like I am the only person who thinks this way but I have a suspicion that may not be true (except maybe on reddit). Nothing related to the show but I feel like it is a safe place to say that…
1) I love snaps and appreciate the work that goes into them. I always default to them when available and only wish that more of the software I use daily were available.
2) I appreciate the changes that Ubuntu have brought to the Linux world, and especially the part which Canonical have played in those changes. In a large part their (and especially Mark S) willingness to push, try, change, and innovate is a big part of it even if it means that some times you have to pull back from what you think is best because it just can’t generate critical mass.
I wish ye would reply to comments. It rarely happens.
